Air source’ remaining heat sludge drying suits for the places with a stable source of industrial waste heat, such as power factories, chemical factories and steel factories.
And it suits for energy-sensitive projects that handling large volumes of sludge (daily processing volumes of tens to hundreds of tons).
Priority is given to areas with strict environmental protection requirements and prohibitions against waste gas and odor emissions.

Enclosed sludge dryer with belt suits for places with high requirements for dried product quality and the need for precise moisture control (e.g., 10%-30% moisture content) and it suits for projects with continuous production and uninterrupted processing requirements, such as municipal sludge and chemical sludge.Then it also suits for projects with relatively ample space and the ability to deploy continuous production lines.

Van-type sludge drying can suit for small and medium-sized projects with low sludge production (daily processing volumes of a few to tens of tons) and intermittent production, such as small sewage treatment factories and township sludge treatment stations and suit for sites with limited space that preclude the installation of large continuous equipment. And it also suit for users with a low initial investment budget and a willingness to accept batch operation.

 

 

The machines utilizes a fully enclosed heat pump system for low-temperature drying at 35°C-70°C, with the discharge temperature below 48°C. It an be direct storage without the need for secondary cooling to ensure safety and environmental protection. Depending on multiple patented heat pump technology, the machine can come true highly efficient air dehumidification and dehumidify over 4kg per hour per kilowatt of power and save over 50% energy compared to the traditional low-temperature drying equipment.

It can not only avoid scaling, poor frost resistance and difficult cleaning caused by narrow flow channels and it can also maintain efficient heat exchange performance during the long-term use. Intelligent control to meet personalized needs

TENESUN commercial hot water air source heat pumps are equipped with an intelligent control system which can automatically adjust water temperature, water volume and operating time refer to your actual needs. With automatic microcomputer-controlled operation, it can start and stop according to the water tank’s temperature and usage and there is no need for you to supervise anytime. You can also casually set the machines' automatic on/off times to further reduce operating costs. Furthermore the machines have an automatic constant temperature function. When the water in the water tank cools down due to long-term storage, it will automatically activate to heat to ensure a constant water temperature. In addition, the water temperature can be adjusted casually from 40°C to 60°C to meeting the different needs of different venues and users.
