TENESUN's low-temperature sludge drying machines aim at the complexity of sludge treatment to construct a comprehensive safety assurance system. The unit is equipped with multiple safety protection devices: an over-temperature protection system that automatically shuts down and alarms when the drying temperature is beyond 85℃; an explosion-proof device using explosion-proof motors and electrical components, capable of handling industrial sludge containing flammable and explosive components; and an oxygen deficiency protection system that monitors the oxygen concentration in the drying chamber in real time to ensure safe operation.


In terms of operational stability, the machine adopts a modular design and intelligent control system: a breakdown with one module does not affect the operation of other modules, ensuring uninterrupted processing. The intelligent control system can automatically adjust drying parameters according to sludge type, such as increasing the stirring frequency for high-viscosity sludge and optimizing the hot air velocity for high-fiber sludge. Furthermore, the unit is equipped with an automatic cleaning system that automatically cleans the drying chamber and heat exchanger after the every drying cycle is finished, preventing equipment blockage and corrosion caused by sludge residue and extending service life.
